

It assists marginalized children, youths and welfare workers by providing financial support to children’s and youths’ Group Homes. The Group Homes are a new alternative to children’s homes, but lack systematic support from the government and private sector. The program provided living expenses for seven Group Homes in 2005 and six in 2006. It also built a common Web site for Group Homes, surveyed them, sent volunteer workers to Group Homes and supported books through the L’Oreal book bazaar.
