Every year, its executives, employees and shareholders donate their shares, stock options, etc. to Daum Foundation. It is also one of the founders of the e-mentoring program “Tortee” through which its staff volunteer as mentors. Also, it is assisting many other programs such as “e-Harul 616” and the “Information Trust Award.”


Under the slogan of “green growth” of youths, the National Youth Commission (NYC) develops policies relevant to the lives of youths and the public. NYC works closely with Youth Voice.


Daum Direct Auto Insurance has changed the landscape of the auto insurance market with its innovative distribution channels, reasonable premiums, and reliable after-sale service. The insurer runs a campaign of providing transportation to disabled students for their college scholastic aptitude test (CSAT) test every year. Its volunteer club, named “Kongbanjjok,” participates in the e-mentoring program “Tortee.”


Tour Express, the leading online tour agency, aims to provide friendly and reliable services through open communication. It also participates in the e-mentoring program, “Tortee.”


NHN is the service provider of a search engine, “Naver (www.naver.com)” and a game portal, “Hangame (www.hangame.com).” As one of the founders of the e-mentoring program “Tortee,” Naver staff members are serving as mentors.


L’Oreal is a global beauty company that owns 15 well-known brands including “Lancome,” “L’Oreal Paris,” “Biotherm,” “Ralph Lauren,” and “Georgio Armani.” It commits itself to a variety of corporate citizenship programs to promote a better, more beautiful world. It supports Group Home projects and e-mentoring program, “Tortee,” in partnership with Daum Foundation.


JungBu Citygas Co., Ltd. provides cities with pollution-free, easy-to-use, and safe LNG. By sponsoring Jungbu Foundation, the company fulfills its social responsibility and contributes to community welfare.


JB Entech is a subsidiary of JungBu Citygas that manufactures city gas equipment with its advanced technology and expertise. It is committed to producing gas equipment at home and developing new business models. Its executives and employees are mentors of e-mentoring program “Tortee.”


MetLife, one of the participants of the e-mentoring program, “Tortee,” has expanded its presence in the Korean life insurance market for over 17 years. Its MetLife Korea Foundation, established to return its profits back to the community and to improve the welfare of children, clearly demonstrates its commitment to corporate social responsibility.


Metabranding is a leader in the branding market that has created household brands such as “Okcashback (a mileage service for products),” “Kkokkoma teletubbies” (“Boradori,” “Nana,” “Tubi,” “Bo:” cartoon characters), “HAUZEN (washing machine),” “innisfree (cosmetics brand),” and Dessian (apartment brand).” Metabranding named our e-mentoring program, “Tortee.”


Design Casting is a design company established by a group of professional designers. Its goal is to lead changes and create future under the slogan of “Creative Problem Solving.” This design company, recognized by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry, and Energy, has donated the logo of “Tortee.”


RTV, Korea’s first-ever public access TV station, airs programs created by ordinary people. RTV has participated in producing the Dream Flash “Dream Show.”


KOFIC (Korean Film Council) Namyangju Studios is equipped with production facilities and equipment necessary for production and post-production. It has sponsored Youth Voice.


Civil Culture Network Teapot is a public culture organization, devoted to creating a public domain in cultural education, public arts, space planning, and festival planning. Teapot has co-hosted the production of dream flash ‘Dream Show.’


The members of the committee - 17 regional media centers or council on the establishment of media center – are working in collaboration with one another on activities including media education, public access, community radio, alternative press activities, and public media center.
